To remember a speech for example, you must first envision a journey that you are familiar with like walking around your house. Then just visualize the parts of the speech in different rooms of the house. To recall the information, visualize that walk and you will remember the information as you visualize the room where you put it. Try practicing that journey a few times for everything to stick.
Many government and business training programs use acronyms as a way to remember lists of words. Remembering a specific list of words can be difficult for anyone. When you take the first letter of each word you want to remember and spell out a new word using those letters it becomes easier to remember the list.
